Located in the town of Venthône near Sierre, the Nouvelle Sève cellar offers a map  of 17 different wines representing an interesting palette of the Valais vineyard. 

Founded in 1995 by Pierre-José Tschopp, a vine and wine enthusiast, the Nouvelle Sève cellar is above all a family business, which started up little by little with a rental estate as well as the construction of the cellar and the purchase of equipment. necessary for winemaking.

The company currently manages an area of about 3 hectares scattered in the region of Sierre and surroundings.

Many investments have been made to redesign certain plots to make them mechanized and above all to plant new grape varieties to expand our range of products.

In addition to the traditional Fendant, Johannisberg, Dôle, Pinot Noir and Petite Arvine, there are some less common specialties in the region, such as the 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_stands out in the whites as an atypical Valais grape variety. In addition, the latter is harvested withered, every 2 years, to constitute with Chasselas, also overripe, a sweet wine called the Coup de coeur du patron.

 

In the reds, a whole range of typical Valais wines are on offer, such as Humagne, Cornalin, Dôle and two blends of red wines aged in oak barrels.
